Refund Policy

The guarantee
We guarantee Fresco is better than your Excel model. If it is not, email hello@withfresco.com and the full price is refunded the same business day. You keep the page. For a subscription the refund covers the current billing period.
What qualifies
Anything. A figure that does not match your workbook, a link your partner could not open, or a page you simply do not like: each is reason enough. You are not asked to justify the request, and you keep the page.
Before the page is built
If you paid and change your mind before the link arrives, the refund is in full and immediate, and the workbook you dropped is deleted with it, within five business days at the outside. Nothing has been built, so nothing is lost.
How to ask
Email hello@withfresco.com from the address you bought with, or include the receipt number from your Stripe receipt. One sentence is enough.
How long it takes
The refund is issued the same business day the request arrives. Stripe returns it to the original payment method, which typically takes 5 to 10 business days to appear on a card statement.
A fix is not a refund, and you can have either
If a figure on the page does not match the workbook you sent, say which one and it is corrected free. Your workbook is deleted 30 days after delivery, so after that, drop it again with the request. Asking for a fix never costs you the guarantee.
Subscriptions
On a monthly or annual plan the guarantee refund covers the current billing period, in full. Otherwise cancel at any time and the plan runs to the end of the period already paid; credits already issued keep their 90 days.
Chargebacks
Please email before disputing a charge with your bank. A dispute costs the seller a fee whatever the outcome and takes far longer for you than a direct refund.
